Processor's Toolkit is a desktop application built to perform many common tasks that would normally require a suite of custom tools or computer scripting knowledge. It also acts as a unified workflow for uploading documents and pre-filling forms for a growing selection of lenders.

The goal of Processor's Toolkit is save time by automating and expediting many monotonous tasks such as listing files and creating condition lists. It was designed to be used by anyone doing mortgage processing, whether it be the Originator, Broker, or Processor themselves. It can also be used as a lender's internal tool for document importing, where outdated systems may prove slow and tedious.

Currently, Processor's Toolkit is in a beta release. There is no cost to license during this testing phase and the installer can be downloaded here.
